ActiCool is a proprietary fabric designed to battle heat conditions for any occasion: work, leisure, or sports. Super comfortable and soft to the touch, ActiCool keeps you cool as you heat up.



Using a blend of proprietary hydrophilic fibers in our multilayered yarn, moisture is wicked away from the skin and dispersed throughout the yarn before evaporating. This creates a cooling effect, reducing humidity next to the body, keeping you dry.

Tested in tough conditions
ActiCool was originally designed to keep law enforcement and military personnel cool under their body armour. More recently, our shirts have been used in industrial settings as a means to keep working personnel cool and comfortable. Over and over again ActiCool has proven to be effective in tough conditions. We’re excited to see which tough terrains you’ll take our shirts to next!
Stands the test of high heat & humidity
We’ve put our shirts through the ringer by getting athletes to stress test ActiCool fabric in hot and humid conditions (90F and 50% humidity). All testers happily reported that ActiCool allowed them to push harder and kept them from overheating. Additionally, ActiCool has been successfully tested in everyday activities such as: landscaping, mowing the lawn, and general work outdoors.

At 102 degrees I took the shirt for an 8 mile off-road cycling test. Even before starting, sweat was running down my arms being outside, however the body under the shirt felt pretty cool. 4 Miles in and I still felt relatively cool compared to a regular dry fit type of shirt in which I felt I would overheat. Our story

ActiCool was born out of a desire to bring freedom beyond what limits us. One day, I got a call from a client looking to solve the problem of overheating under body armor. ActiCool was the answer, designed to keep soldiers and law enforcement from overheating, letting them stay dry and comfortable.

As we started our internal testing, we realized ActiCool was so much more!

What many don’t know, is that growing up, I suffered from Raynaud’s disease, a circulation disorder that leads to the body cooling down and then being forced to thermal charge to heat the body back up. This makes you the sweaty kid and makes life uncomfortable.

With ActiCool, for the first time in a long time I realized I had never felt so comfortable. Growing up in the textile industry I’ve tried a lot of materials that wick, dry, cool, and compress. Some had chemicals, treatments and even batteries, but in the end, none really did the job. There was always a side effect; sometimes itchiness, electric currents, and all too often smell. We wanted to make sure ActiCool had none of these.

Now that ActiCool has improved my life, I know there are others out there who would benefit from having access to it! Sharing this product with friends and clients, we gained lifetime supporters among: runners, cyclist, carpenters, mechanics, painters and first responders, to name a few. All are looking for something comfortable and reliable, something that would really works to cool you down as you heat up.
